Orders are sent using Royal Mail 48 (unless Royal Mail 24 is selected at the checkout) or Evri depending on size of parcel. 

International Orders: I am currently not able to ship outside of the UK. 

Please note: printed t's and sweatshirts are sent to you directly from the printers and so shipping for these is charged separately. If you order something handmade and printed then shipping will be charged for both items separately. 

We try to reuse packaging as much as possible. All our orders are sent to you in a simple, good quality recyclable paper envelope or reused box. We don't use any fancy tissue paper as it cannot be recycled and just adds to landfill waste. Any bubble wrap that is used is reused from our own shop deliveries. 

Please recycle or reuse all our packaging where possible!

If an item is not in stock or we anticipate any delays we will let you know immediately.

Delivery Times

Most items are in stock and will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. 

If your order is a 'made to order' item (it will tell you if it is on the product description) it will be made and dispatched within the time frame on the listing.

If you have not received your order within 2 weeks please contact me.

Please note that Royal Mail do not class a package as lost until a certain period of time after the expected delivery date has passed. Once this date has passed a replacement will be made and sent to you. Refunds will not be issued for lost post unless a replacement is not available. 

CLICK AND COLLECT is now available. Order online and pick up from our NEW shop in Letchworth Garden City. Collection available within 2-4 days.

Standard orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days. Orders that have chosen Royal Mail 24 will be shipped within 1-2 working days but next day delivery is not guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds

Changed your mind? Don’t worry, you can return items to us here in store or by post. 

How to return an online order:

• Email ali@tuttifrutticlothing.com to let me know you want to return an item
• Tell me your order number, name, address, item you want to return and reason for return.
• Post your items back to me within 14 days - make sure you pop you name and address in the package. 
• Items must be returned with the original receipt, unworn and in the condition they were purchased, including all labels, tags and packaging.
• Items are sent back at your own risk and expense. I recommend using a tracked or recorded postage service to make sure they reach me. 
• Once the item(s) are received and checked a refund will be issued on the method of payment you used.
• The refund amount will be the total amount paid for the items purchased (not including postage and packaging on non-faulty items).

In store refunds and exchanges

Items bought in store can be returned or exchanged within14 days of purchase. You will need to have your receipt for a refund. Without a receipt items can only be exchanged for their current in store selling price. 

Online orders can only be returned in store when the manager, Ali Ribchester, is present.
