Online Website Orders
We really hope you love your Tutti Frutti order, but if you’d like to return something, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. Please include your order note or packing slip inside the parcel so we can process your return smoothly.
Once your return reaches us, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. You’ll receive an email as soon as it’s been completed.
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags still attached. We can’t accept returns for any items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after purchase.
We’re a small independent business, so we’re unable to cover the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we can’t accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

In-store purchases
We hope you love your Tutti Frutti purchase! But if something’s not quite right, you can return your item to the shop within 14 days with your receipt for an exchange or credit note.
