FAQ
Ordering
What size should I buy?
Each product page has a size guide with measurements - we'd always recommend going by measurements rather than age, as children vary so much. If you're between sizes, size up. You can also visit the shop in Letchworth to try things in person, or get in touch and we'll help you choose.
What are Grow With Me leggings and how do they work?
Grow With Me leggings are designed to fit across multiple sizes rather than just one. They have fold-over waistbands and adjustable cuffs, so a single pair can fit a child from around 12 months through to 2 years old, depending on their build. They're made from organic cotton jersey and are cut and sewn by hand in Hertfordshire. They're our bestselling product - and the reason most people come back for more.
How long will Grow With Me leggings last my child?
Each pair is designed to span at least two standard clothing sizes. Rather than buying newborn, 0-3m, 3-6m and so on, most families find they need far fewer pairs overall. The organic cotton holds its shape and colour well after repeated washing, so you're not replacing them because they've worn out - only because your child has genuinely grown on through.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Get in touch as soon as possible at hello@tuttifrutticlothing.co.uk and we'll do our best to help. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually make changes.
Can you gift wrap an order?
Yes - just leave a note at checkout and we'll wrap it up nicely. We can also include a handwritten message if you'd like.
How long will I wait for my order?
Most items are in stock and dispatched within 3-5 working days. Made-to-order items will show their timeframe on the product page. Once dispatched, Royal Mail 48 takes 2–3 days and Royal Mail 24 takes 1–2 days.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery (Royal Mail 48) is £3.99. Orders over £30 qualify for free standard delivery. If you need it faster, Royal Mail 24 is £6.99.
Do you ship overseas?
Not currently - we ship to UK addresses only.
What delivery service do you use?
We use Royal Mail. Standard orders go via Royal Mail 48; express orders via Royal Mail 24. Neither service guarantees a specific delivery day, but Royal Mail 24 is usually next-day once dispatched.
Can I click and collect?
Yes. Order online and choose click and collect at checkout. Your order will be ready within 2-4 days. The shop is at 12a Central Approach, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 1AE - open Tuesday to Friday 10am–4pm and Saturday 10am–5pm.

Materials & Making
Are your clothes organic?
Our own-made Tutti Frutti clothing uses organic cotton and other carefully chosen fabrics. The Grow With Me leggings are 95% organic cotton, 5% elastane. We choose fabrics because they're soft, durable and wash well - not because they're the cheapest option. We also stock a small selection of products from other brands, which we choose for their quality and values.
Are your fabrics GOTS certified?
The fabrics I use are organic, but Tutti Frutti isn't GOTS certified as a brand - and as a very small independent maker, that certification isn't something I'm able to hold. GOTS certification requires auditing of the entire supply chain, which isn't accessible to makers at my scale. What I can tell you is that I choose fabrics carefully, prioritise organic cotton wherever possible, and I wouldn't use anything I wouldn't put on my own children. If you have specific questions about a fabric or supplier, just ask.
Where are Tutti Frutti clothes made?
Our own clothing is cut and sewn in Hertfordshire - I design everything and our seamstress Megan sews each piece by hand. We work in small batches, which means every seam is checked and nothing goes out that I wouldn't put on my own children. We never mass-produce.
How should I wash my Tutti Frutti clothes?
Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle, inside out where possible. Avoid tumble drying if you can - air drying keeps the colours bright and the fabric in better shape for longer.
Are your clothes suitable for active children?
Yes - that's exactly what they're designed for. The fabrics are chosen for durability and movement. The Grow With Me leggings have a roomy cut that doesn't restrict, and the organic cotton jersey moves with children rather than pulling tight.
RE:LOVED
What is RE:LOVED?
RE:LOVED is our take-back scheme for outgrown Tutti Frutti pieces. When your child has grown out of their clothes, you can return them to us - in store or by post - and we'll give you store credit to use on anything in the shop. We then resell the items to give them a second life with another family.
How much store credit will I receive?
It depends on condition. Excellent condition (barely worn, colours bright) earns £5 store credit. Good condition (light wear, colours still strong) earns £3. Well loved (clearly worn but still wearable) earns £2. We'll always let you know if something can't be accepted.
What items do you accept?
Tutti Frutti branded clothing only, clean and freshly washed, with no stains, holes or broken seams. If you're unsure whether something qualifies, just get in touch before sending.
How long is the store credit valid for?
Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Can I use RE:LOVED store credit on anything?
Yes - on any new or RE:LOVED item in the shop. Store credit has no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash.
