Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides HERE

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Can you gift wrap an order?

Yes I can. Just add ‘gift wrapping’ to your basket I will wrap any order in acid free tissue paper  and tie it with eco-friendly colourful string. If you leave a gift message at the checkout I will also write this on a plain card and pop it in with your order too!

Can I order something made to my child's exact measurements?

I’m afraid not. I make clothes to certain patterns and in sizes from 0-6m up to 5-6 years. I can advise you which size would fit your child best but I am not able to make to exact measurements.

How long do I have to wait for my order?

All our childrenswear is made and in-stock - orders are shipped within 3-5 days of ordering. Wipes are made in small batches so there can be a short wait of up to 7 days for these to be made and shipped to you.

How much are your delivery costs?

Delivery starts from £3.50 and increases depending on how much your order value is. All order over £75 are sent free using 1st class signed for post. 

Orders sent to Europe start from £4.50 and from £10 to the rest of the world. Please note that you are responsible for any additional customs or tax changes.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes you can place an order and have it delivered anywhere in the world!

What delivery service do you use?

We use Royal Mail and Evri for our deliveries

When will my order be dispatched?

Most items are in stock and will be dispatched within 3 working days. 

If your order is a 'made to order' item (it will tell you if it is on the product description) it will be made and dispatched within the time frame on the listing.

If you have not received your order within 2 weeks please contact me.

Please note that Royal Mail do not class a package as lost until a certain period of time after the expected delivery date has passed. Once this date has passed a replacement will be made and sent to you. Refunds will not be issued for lost post unless a replacement is not available. 

Can I return something that doesn't fit?

Of course you can! Just contact me to let me know and I will let you know the address to send it back to. Everything needs to be sent back with the tags still on and in an unworn and unwashed condition.

What do I do if something arrives damaged?

I really hope that everything arrives undamaged but if there is a fault just contact me straight away and I will try to put it right.

My order hasn't arrived - what do I do?

There is free parking for 1 hour in the high street too!

Pre-Order FAQs

What is a Pre Order

A pre order is where you are able to order Tutti Frutti clothing before it goes on general sale.

It enables you to make sure you get the sizes you need before they are released to the general public on the website.

Why Have Your Started Doing Pre-Orders?

Tutti Frutti is primarily aimed at children up to 6 years old. But I am increasingly aware that there are children who wear clothes in sizes bigger than 5-6 years who would love to wear our lovely leggings. And some adults too!

The shop in Letchworth will continue to only stock clothes up to 5-6 years, however a pre order enables you to get leggings (and possible other things!) in larger sizes before I make the clothes to stock the website and the shop!

Big Kids 6-14 years and adults XS - XXL will only be available as pre order

How Does A Pre-Order Work?

Pre-Orders will open when I get new fabrics in. For a month you will be able to order big Kids sizes 6-14 years and adult clothing. The pre order will then close and I will make all the orders up.

You will received you pre-ordered clothes at least 1 week before the main collection goes on sale.

How Long Will I Wait for my Pre-Ordered Items?

The current pre-order opened on 24th June and will close on 31 July.

Turnaround time from the time to pre-order ends to receiving your order will not exceed 4 weeks.
