Who we are

Tutti Frutti Clothing Ltd is responsible for the personal information you give us through this website, in our shop and by email. We're registered in England and Wales, company number 14339336, with our registered office at 54 Norton Road, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 1AE. What we collect

• Your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery addresses when you place an order
• Details of what you've bought from us
• Anything you send us by email, through our contact form or on social media
• Your email address and preferences if you sign up to our newsletter
• Information about how you use our website, such as the pages you visit and the device you use, collected through cookies

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers.

Why we use it

• To process and deliver your order, and handle returns and repairs. We need this to fulfil our contract with you.
• To reply when you get in touch with us.
• To send you our newsletter. If you haven't bought from us, we only email you if you've agreed to it. If you have bought from us, we may email you about similar products, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To understand how people use our website and to show our adverts to people likely to be interested. We do this because it helps us run and grow the business.
• To keep proper accounts, because the law requires it.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the businesses that help us run Tutti Frutti, and only what they need:

• Shopify, which runs our website and checkout
• Our payment providers, including PayPal and Klarna
• Royal Mail and Evri, to deliver your order
• Our printing partner, which posts printed t-shirts and sweatshirts directly to you
• Our email newsletter provider
• Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for website analytics and advertising
• Our accountant and other professional advisers, when needed

We never sell your information.

Information stored outside the UK

Some of these businesses store information outside the UK, mainly in the US. When they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for six years, because the law requires it for tax purposes. We keep you on our mailing list until you unsubscribe. Everything else is kept only as long as we need it.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Send you a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information, unless we have to keep it by law
• Stop sending you marketing emails
