I am thrilled to launch RE:LOVED, my new take-back and resale program designed to help you give your pre-loved Tutti Frutti items a second life. Because sustainability is at the heart of what Tutti Frutti does, I'm making it easier for you to be part of the circular fashion movement—while earning rewards!
Here’s how it works:

Return Your Pre-Loved Tutti Frutti Items
Got some old Tutti Frutti bits that your little one has outgrown? Bring them back to us in good condition (no stains or damage, please!) and we’ll give them a second chance. -
Earn £5 Store Credit per Item
For every item you return that is in a saleable condition, you’ll receive £5 store credit, valid for 6 months. Once we’ve checked your items, we’ll email you your store credit—this won’t be issued immediately at drop-off. -
Drop-Off or Mail-In
You can return items either in-store or by mail. Just pop them in a bag with your name and contact details, and we’ll take care of the rest. -
We’ll Do the Rest
Once your items are returned, we’ll inspect them to make sure they’re in resalable condition. Then, we’ll list them online for other parents to discover and enjoy.

🚨 Important Notes:
⚡ Small items like bibs and socks are not eligible for return.
⚡ Any items that aren’t in a saleable condition will either be returned to you or, if possible, mended/washed and donated to St Paul’s Community Café, where they’ll be given for free to families in need.
