Pre-Loved Kids Clothes - RE:LOVED by Tutti Frutti

RE:LOVED is my take-back scheme for pre-loved kids clothes, designed to keep good quality clothing in use for longer. You can return outgrown Tutti Frutti pieces to earn store credit, and I’ll pass them on for another family to love. It’s a simple, practical way to reduce waste, support circular fashion, and make buying better-made clothes more accessible.
All RE:LOVED items are checked by me before being resold, and are clearly graded so you know exactly what you’re buying. It’s about extending the life of clothes that were made to last - not perfection, just honest wear.

How it works

  1. Send items back to me or drop them in
    You can bring your Tutti Frutti items into the shop or post them back to me.
    Items must be clean and dry.

  2. I check the condition
    I sort each item into a condition tier (details below).

  3. You get store credit
    I add the credit to your account, ready to use on anything in the shop — new or RE:LOVED.

The new tiered credit system

I’ve updated the scheme to make it clearer and fairer for everyone.

🌈 £5 - Excellent

Barely worn, like new
• Bright colours
• No visible wear
• Looks almost untouched

🌿 £3 - Good

Light wash wear, still beautiful
• Softened from washing
• Colours still strong
• Plenty of life left

🌾 £2 - Well Loved

Clearly worn, but still wearable
• Some fading or visible wear
• Structurally sound
• Still comfy and useful

I price honestly, based on condition.

What I accept

• Tutti Frutti branded clothing only
• Clean, freshly washed items
• No stains, holes, or broken seams

If something’s too worn to resell, I’ll always let you know - I can either send it back to you or will donate it.

Posting items back

If you’re posting items to me, please note:
• Return postage is your responsibility
• I recommend using a tracked service
• Store credit is issued once items are received and checked

Why I do this

Because the most sustainable clothes are the ones already made. Because kids’ clothes shouldn’t be disposable. And because buying better only really works if there’s a way to pass things on.

RE:LOVED keeps clothes circulating, supports small-batch making, and gives families a way to shop more intentionally — without pressure.

A few important bits

• Store credit has no cash value
• Credit can’t be exchanged for cash
• Credit is valid for 3 months from issue
• I reserve the right to refuse items that don’t meet the criteria
