RE:LOVED Terms and Conditions

RE:LOVED is our take-back and resale scheme, designed to give pre-loved Tutti Frutti clothing a second life. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• Only clothing sold at Tutti Frutti Clothing is accepted.
• Small items like bibs, hats, and socks are not eligible.
• Items must be in resalable condition (no stains, holes, or excessive wear).

2. How to Return Items

• Items can be dropped off in-store or mailed to:
  📍 Tutti Frutti, 12a Central Approach, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 3DL
• Returns must be in a bag with your name and contact details attached.

3. Store Credit

• You’ll receive £5 store credit per item that meets our resale criteria.
• Store credit will be emailed after items are inspected (not at the time of drop-off).
• Credit is valid for 6 months and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Ownership & Resale

• Once an item is accepted into RE:LOVED, it becomes the property of Tutti Frutti.
• Tutti Frutti will set the resale price and retain all proceeds from the sale.
• We will resell RE:LOVED items online first.

5. Unsellable Items

• If an item does not meet our resale standards, you can choose to:
  ✅ Have it returned to you (you must collect in-store).
  ✅ Allow us to mend/wash it and donate it to St Paul’s Community Café, where it will be given to families in need.

6. General Terms

• Tutti Frutti reserves the right to decline items that do not meet our criteria.
• We cannot guarantee how quickly RE:LOVED items will be resold.
